Voice APIs and Campaign Management Tools

Voice calls are integrated into every aspect of the SUMOTEXT platform and can be triggered from external API calls, our own hosted IVR platform, or through responses to SMS message flows.

While not trivial, the voice components are the easiest to deploy and scale as the majority of the resources are virtual and/or derived from the number of concurrent voice ports reserved with our telecommunications providers.

Our voice servers are currently hosted in Tier 1 network facilities with Unisys and Rackspace. The network is proactively monitored 24x7x365 with immediate incident response. Redundant telephony platform services are provided by Bandwidth.com, Plivo.com, and Tropo.com. Redundant telecommunication providers include Bandwidth.com, Level3, CenturyLink, InfoStructure.
