Small Business Pricing

You've been collecting email addresses for years. Ready to go mobile?
The Pareto Principle – also known as the Law of the Vital Few – states that 80% of your sales come from 20% of your customers. This principal was the foundation for the gaming industry’s most successful marketing strategy ever – the ‘Player’s Club’.
While similar customer identification strategies have since been adopted by most other business sectors, until now, email and direct mail were the only channels capable of leveraging these rich databases with targeted communications.
With E-mail read rates for marketers down to 5%, and the high-costs, long lead times, and only slightly better read rates associated with direct mail, marketers need a new, efficient, and effective channel to attract and reward their most valued customers.
Using one of our short codes, you can instantly launch a mobile rewards program and begin building your keyword database of mobile subscribers. Your campaigns can send basic announcements and mobile coupons, or can engage audiences with interactive polls, contests, and links to mobile sites. It's all here and it's ready to go.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any set-up costs?
Yes. There is a 1-time, $100 set-up fee to get started.
Can I reserve more than 1
Keyword?
Yes. For example, if you are a multi-department retail
store, you might have a separate keyword (subscriber
list) for MEN and
WOMEN.
Can each of my Keywords be on
different rate plans?
Yes - since you may need to send far more alerts to a
particular subscriber base. When you login to our
software, you can easily manage all of our Keywords
under the same account.
How long do I own my Keyword?
For as long as you continue to subscribe. If you cancel
your account, your keyword becomes available for others
to register.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Our service is provided on a month to month basis. You
can change plans or cancel at any time. Be sure to
cancel or change your plan before your monthly renewal
date. We cannot give partial month refunds.
How often can I
send new promotions or alerts to my subscriber list?
The Mobile Marketing Association recommends no
more than 2 per week. However, we don't limit you.
Do you charge for Inbound
messages?
No. We only count outbound Mobile Terminated (MT)
messages. We do not charge for inbound Mobile Originated
(MO) messages - such as those used by the consumer
during the opt-in process.
