Sensitive Company Information
We regard the data on our databases as extremely sensitive company information. As such, we have invested a great deal of time and money in both the physical and network security of our infrastructure. Our application servers and databases are completely hidden from the public internet behind multiple layers of security and only accessible by our development staff through a secure VPN connection.

Our data center is fully hardened, offering card entry security, cameras, fire detection, and intrusion detection - and all with full UPS, battery backup, and diesel generators. Our data communications networks are fully redundant with multiple Tier 1 & Tier 2 class providers, are staffed 7x24x365, and have over a dozen fail-safe/fail-over security features.

Use of Your Customer's Information
YOUR CUSTOMER DATA IS YOURS AND SHALL BE RETURNED TO YOU UPON YOUR TIMELY REQUEST.
WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH OUR SERVICE TO ANY THIRD PARTY OUTSIDE OUR NETWORK, WHICH NETWORK INCLUDES OUR TRUSTED SMS AGGREGATOR COMMISSIONED BY NETWORK OPERATORS AND WIRELESS CARRIERS.

In the event that we and/or our units or subsidiaries are ever sold, acquired, merged, liquidated, reorganized, or otherwise transferred, we reserve the right to transfer our user databases together with any personally identifiable information contained therein, to a third-party acquiring our assets for expressed purpose of continuing our software services for managing SMS customer loyalty, rewards, and alert programs on behalf of our customers.

What Information Do You Provide to us and How Do We Use it?
When you use the Services we collect, store and process some personal information including the number the message was sent to, the content of the message, and other data necessary to provide the Service to you. We maintain and process your messages to provide the Service to you and to improve the Service. We use secure technology to protect the data on your computer, any information you provide to us, and to protect the use of your computer resources. Passive Information you provide is stored on secure databases. Your computer resources cannot be accessed by any third party through Software.
