Whether your are planning your first pilot project or ready to launch a nationwide mobile marketing initiative, we want to compete for the opportunity to become your short code technology partner.

We have 'ready to go' solutions for franchised brands and highly distributed and dispersed organizations.

For clients that don't qualify as a small business, we have a minimum monthly service fee of $500 which includes unlimited MO (mobile originated) messages and your first 10,000 MT (mobile terminated) messages monthly. Are there any set-up costs?
There is a $100 1-time set-up fee to create and configure your account.
This fee also includes 'Call to Action' graphics (in-store signage).

What do you consider a small business?
A small business client is a local business with 5 or less retail / restaurant locations.

What if we operate multiple locations or need more keywords?
No problem. If one of our normal plans doesn't fit, give us a call and we'll offer you a custom plan.
Our BASIC plan includes 1 Keyword/Location.
Our PLUS plan includes 2 Keywords/Locations.
Our PRO plan includes 5 Keywords/Locations.
Our ENTERPRISE plans can include many more.

How long do I own my Keywords?
For as long as you continue to subscribe. If you cancel your account, your keyword becomes available for others to register.

Can I cancel or change plans?
Our service is provided on a month to month basis. You can change plans or cancel at any time.
Be sure to cancel or change your plan before your monthly renewal date. We do not give partial month refunds.

How often can I send new promotions or alerts to my subscriber list?
The Mobile Marketing Association recommends no more than 2 per week. However, we don't limit you.

Do you charge for Inbound messages?
No. We only count outbound Mobile Terminated (MT) messages. We do NOT charge for inbound Mobile Originated (MO) messages.
