COMPANY LEADERSHIP
Tim Miller, President and CEO (tim@sumotext.com)
Prior to SUMOTEXT, Tim Miller was the President of Golden Care, a medical supply company he founded and sold in 2006 to Owens & Minor (Ticker: OMI). Prior to Golden Care, Tim spent 8 years in professional services which began in the Electronic Commerce division of EDS in Plano, TX. With EDS, Tim lead the implementation of the industry’s first electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solutions. In 1999 Tim left EDS to lead the launch of IBM's EBPP National Practice in New York. Tim was on point as his teams successfully sold and implemented over 60 complex EBPP projects around the globe to the world’s largest financial services, telecommunications, and public utility companies. Tim has a BBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and lives in Little Rock with his wife April and three children.

Mason Woods, Chief Technical Officer (mase@sumotext.com)
Born and raised in New York City, Mason pursued his education out west where he graduated from California State University with National Honors (Pi Sigma Alpha) and with post-graduate scholarships. Mason attended graduate schools in San Diego and returned to New York in 1989 and began his technical career with Mitsubishi Bank. In 1995 Mason started his own boutique software development firm and has since written dozens of mission critical applications still in use to day at companies like McKinsey & Co., Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust, The EMMY Awards, PDM, Johnson & Higgins, and Archery Capital. Mase joined SUMOTEXT in October of 2006 and is responsible for the company's technical infrastructure, software architecture, and SMS Gateway.

Ted Dickey, Advisor
Ted Dickey received a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Thereafter, he earned a Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar. He spent more than six years at Stephens Inc. in its Corporate Finance Department employed as a financial analyst, an associate in the Financial Services Group and then as a vice president in the Private Placement Group. During this time, he was responsible for placing debt and equity securities with institutional investors for public and private companies. Ted is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a 2004 Arkansas Business selection to the "40 Under 40" list of businesspeople in Arkansas, and is the former chairman of the Arkansas Ethics Commission.

Mike Smith, Jr., Advisor
Mike manages MS Partners, LLC, a business consulting and advisory firm he founded in 2004. Mike is a former senior vice president in the Corporate Finance Group of Stephens Inc. He completed more than 50 merger and acquisition, public offering and private placement transactions for privately owned and publicly traded middle market companies during his 13 years there. He also sourced and executed principal investments for the Stephens family. Mike is actively involved in venture capital and entrepreneurial development in the region, speaking on venture capital and early stage business development topics and serving on several private company boards. Mike graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in economics and received his MBA in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business.
